Sreenivas has over 15 years of experience in meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets at the account and business unit level. He has also facilitated consensus and built partnerships at the C and SVP levels for over 10 years. He has led engagements in the USA and Canada for over 14 years, and for five years, he led teams in India. Sreenivas is proficient in structuring contracts, SLAs, governance, and ways of working for complex client engagements in a multi-vendor landscape. He is a seasoned public speaker and skilled in articulating the transformation imperative for businesses and teams in the new digital landscape. He is also a sought-after mentor with experience in building, grooming, and growing multidisciplinary distributed teams. Sreenivas has delivered numerous key results, including orchestrating the buildout of ten digital platforms (Marketing & Commerce) over the last ten years for Retail, Health Insurance, and Telecom clients. He also delivered a colleague experience digital platform that supports 18 million customers of a large Canadian Telco, delivering unified customer information to 35 thousand customer service agents, reducing AHT by more than 50%. Sreenivas holds an MBA from Anna University and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering from The Institution of Engineers (India). Currently, he is the Vice President Project Management at Publicis Sapient, and in the past, he has held senior positions at Sapient.
